Gah. "Who's this?"


Phone calls to your donors are super important. Thank you calls. Check-ins. Invitations to renew support (fiscal year end is coming!).


You may be surprised how many people still "pick up the phone".


If you don’t already know the person you're calling, build trust from the start by saying who you are and what you're calling about.


“Hi, this [YOUR FULL NAME], calling from [YOUR ORG], is this Katie?”


“I’m calling today to…[BE SPECIFIC].” Then ask a question to get things started.
